Job Summary
- To provide noninvasive cardiac diagnostic tests for patients with known or suspected heart disease
- Perform EKGs, stress tests, holter and event monitoring
Essential Functions
- Performs and edits EKGs
- Performs exercise stress tests
- Instructs patients age appropriately and preps patient
- Locates patient in hospital information system
- Utilizes MUSE to locate a patients and retrieve reports
QualificationsEducation
- High school diploma or equivalent - Required
Licenses/Certification
- Certified EKG Technician (CET) - Preferred
Experience
- One year experience as an EKG Tech - Preferred
