Columbine Commons Health & Rehab - Lakes location, located at 1325 Main St., Windsor, CO is a brand new, spacious and beautiful building! We are hiring quality Registered Nurse's who plays an important role in the recovery and well-being of our post-acute and elderly patients and residents.
We are accepting applications for a Registered Nurse(RN) able to work:
- Full-time, Part-time and PRN shifts available
- Day, evening, and overnights
- Every other weekend required
- 12hr. shifts
SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE!
- $2000 for PT (24+ hrs./week)
- $4000 for FT (32+hrs./week)
- $7500 for FT (32+ hrs./week) Night shift only
Compensation
- Starting wage between $32.00/hour - $42.00/hour (depending on experience)

Registered Nurse
- Provides care to residents in a manner that enhances each residents quality of life.
- Utilizes nursing knowledge and skills in the safe implementation of basic preventative therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing care of assigned residents as evidenced by documentation
- Performs independent nursing functions according to each residents plan of care
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments accurately, observing resident response
- Administers intravenous medications and provides care to intravenous lines according to company policies and procedures
- Collects samples, such as urine, blood, and sputum, from residents for testing and performs routine laboratory test on samples
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
- New Grad RN's Welcome as well as any licensed nurse within a hospital, long-term care or any other related healthcare facility
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent communication skills
