Cardiac Intervention is a 26-bed unit. We provide specialized care to pre and post cardiac procedural patients. We see diagnoses such as coronary artery disease requiring heart catheterization, cardiac arrhythmias requiring IV medications, cardiac ablation or pacemaker/defibrillator implants. We are a great unit for those that want to specialize in the cardiac area or those that need to build a starting foundation in order to pursue a higher level of cardiac care.
