To effectively and efficiently coordinate the daily operations and patient flow of all of the Urgent Care Centers (UCC). Responsible for evaluating and coordinating staffing needs and maintaining adequate levels of patient care supplies to support clinical, service, fiscal and employee excellence. Works collaboratively with all Urgent Care Supervisors in accomplishing each of the Urgent Care Center goals. Serves as administrative leadership for all UCC charge nurses and Plaza managers to resolve issues as they arise (i.e.: staffing support, trouble shooting employee, patient and physician issues). Communicates those issues and issue resolutions with UCC leadership in a timely manner. Works with other departments to ensure a safe, efficient, and functioning center (i.e.: security, cleaning staff, biomedical eng. and property management). Estimated salary range for this position is $91624.00 - $121859.92/ year depending on experience.
